Request Errors

404 Not Found

This is usually caused by an incorrect Base URL path.

• Claude Code uses the Claude / Anthropic-compatible URL.
• Codex and OpenAI SDK use the OpenAI-compatible URL and must end with /v1.

400 Bad Request

Common causes:

• The model name does not exist.
• The parameter is not supported by the current model.
• The request body does not match the current API protocol.

Test with the default model recommended by the portal first.

429 Too Many Requests

This means rate limit, concurrency limit, or quota limit was triggered. Reduce concurrency, retry later, or contact the platform to adjust limits.
