Recharge / Renewal

Open the recharge or wallet page in the portal, choose a preset amount or enter a custom amount, and complete payment as instructed.

Recommended Flow

1. Use a small amount for the first test.
2. Wait for the page to show payment success.
3. Return to the console and confirm that balance or quota has updated.
4. Then configure clients and test model calls.

Tip

Do not close the payment window immediately after paying. If the balance is not credited, keep the order number, payment screenshot, and account information, then contact support.
