Check:

• Whether the Key belongs to the correct group.
• Whether the current group has access to this model.
• Whether the account has enough balance or package permissions.
• Whether the model name matches the platform model list.

Terminal Cannot Write Config

On macOS / Linux, do not run clients with sudo by default. Fix user directory permissions first:

sudo chown -R "$USER" ~/.npm ~/.config ~/.codex 2>/dev/null || true

Reopen the terminal after running the command.
