Request Timeout

First test portal connectivity:

If it times out, check:

Local network.
DNS.
System proxy.
Terminal proxy environment variables.
Firewall or company network restrictions.

Proxy Conflict

If system proxy, terminal proxy, and client proxy are enabled at the same time, requests may be proxied twice or routed incorrectly.

Disable unnecessary proxies first and keep only one controlled outbound route for testing.
